I hold free group meditations at my home in Bondi. Meditating in a group is a powerful experience. These sessions are a great opportunity to dive deep, refine your practice and get to know like-minded meditators. We start with a 20-minute meditation followed by tea, questions, answers and any conscious chat that flows. You’re more than welcome to pop in just for the meditation if that suits. All students of Vedic Meditation welcome. Sign up to the mailing list and connect with me on the facebook page for upcoming dates and times.
Bronte Sunday sunrise sessions
We meet at sunrise for these sessions and start with 20 mins of Surya Namaskara. Surya namaskara is an ancient set of yoga asana designed to wake the body up and traditionally performed as a salutation to the sun. Following there is a 20 minute meditation on the sand. We finish up with chai, swims and chats. These sessions are great way to start the day and connect with the community. They are free and everyone is welcome. You can come for the just the yoga, just the meditation or both. Sign up to the mailing list and connect with me on the facebook page for upcoming dates and times.

Once you have been meditating consistently, twice daily for a year you are eligible for an advanced technique. Advanced techniques are designed to fast track your expansion by encouraging the mind to hover in the subtlest and most creative layers of meditation. Personal instruction takes 1hr and the investment is $500. Please contact me for further information and dates.
Rounding is a powerful combination of yoga asana, pranayama (yogic breathing), and meditation. This is industrial strength meditation and a wonderful way to increase clarity, connection and creativity in life. The asana and breathing encourage the body to begin letting go of deep-rooted stress and prepare the mind for deep meditation. While the effects of rounding are powerful the practice itself is very gentle. All ages and fitness levels can easily perform the asana. Rounding can be done at home and is great way to deepen and expand your meditation practice. It is also a pre-requisite for the Exploring the Veda advanced knowledge course. Private instruction takes 2hrs. The investment is $150 and includes take home notes.
Exploring the Veda
The Veda is the ancient record of spiritual experience that is the source of the arts and sciences of Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, meditation and Indian philosophy. Knowledge of the Veda is said to confer mastery of all the laws of nature, because the Veda is structured as universal knowledge available within everyone’s consciousness; it is the blueprint of creation.
Thom Knoles is recognized as one of the world’s foremost teachers of the Veda’s true meaning and application. In a six-seminar course of 73 hours recorded over a two year period, Thom delves deeply into the Veda and draws out pearls of wisdom that are nothing short of life-changing. Students of Exploring the Veda learn techniques for deepening meditation, for correcting the mistakes of the intellect, and for manifesting the life experiences that reveal true fulfilment.
Prerequisites: The prerequisite for Exploring the Veda is learning to round (see above for information on rounding)
